AVON: To Scott: I have a P. O. Box address and sometimes Avon is delivered to the post office but at other times it's delivered by UPS. In two years I've been here two of my packages were returned back to Avon but I did get my money back. I hope this helps. Write to Avon or phone them and they will help you out. Their customer service is wonderful. Michaline PS: Just today UPS brought my Avon package even though my P. O. Box address was posted on the package.
