Staples: I have shopped with interest Staples.com on GBS. I can only benefit from the specials, since there is no cash back. I can get the same specials from a store just 8 miles from me.so I will probably check out other suppliers on GBS for my computer. Best Buy, etc.

Staples: I have loved Staples for years, recently I had the opportunity to do some "shopping audits" at several of their local stores. Based on what I was assigned to watch for and the customer interaction with other clients I always found Staples rated really high. All the stores follow the same customer service guidelines very closely. The staff work hard to make sure they follow their customer service training so you get the same service in every store. Even though I already had a positive feeling about Staples; I found my reviews fell in line with my past customer service experience - they usually came out with high marks unlike some of my other audits. Staples: This company has for 4 years proved to surpass all the others. They are very helpful and make sure all goes well. I will continue to tell my patients and friends about Staples. Dr Jim

Staples: 10/22/08 Your staff in the Rewards customer service or computer system is all blind and very unhelpful. I attempted to use my instore "Reward" card from years prior to place an order on line just now. Neither could find the number in the system, one could find the number but transfered me to another who could not hear nor find my information for more than 30 minutes. 2249120557, each saying the are "sorry" which I could find out the were sorry on customer service to your customers. When your store closes in these trying times I hope you remind your employees why. LOUSY SERVICE TO CUSTOMER.
